Leo mentions Drupal on twit.tv blogs as what he's hosting the TWIT site on. It's an open source content management platform for blogging, collaborative authoring, forums, newsletters, etc.

The cool thing Leo mentions is that Drupal automatically throttles away the high-bandwidth content when many users are hitting the site. (In his case, comments are not shown, big images, etc)
