Marchello pointed me to this task manager extension. I haven't tried it, but judging from the screenshots, it's pretty decent.

Not sure if it's better than Process Explorer from SysInternals, which is .NET aware, and shows pretty much the same stuff as the above. (maybe not as much about the security of each handle, etc)
