One of these days, I'll be setting up my wife with a Skype or Gizmo account, so she can talk to her good friend that just moved away. Her first complaint is that she doesn't want to be tied down to the computer while talking over VOIP. I thought - I have a bluetooth headset that I'm not using with a cell phone, so can that be used for headphones / mic to the laptop? Here is a decent place to start at Geekzone. This article talks about how to switch to Widcomm bluetooth drivers, since apparently the Windows XP SP2 drivers do not support the bluetooth audio stack? Now that you have the Widcomm drivers, how to tell Windows to use the Bluetooth headset for audio / mic. Posted 9:43 PM | 0 comments | Permalink
