My buddy Paul pointed me to this utility to try to quiet down my PC. Seems that the CPU fan is really loud, and according to PC Probe, the CPU is running very cool.

I run SpeedFan and wha-la, turn down the CPU fan just to 90% and it's SOOO much quieter. WAHOO.

(Now just have to watch the CPU temp for a bit and see what effect the slower fan speed has...)
